At Beds R Us we offer a range of shopping solutions to suit you. Whether you visit us in-store or shop online, we provide the means for you to get your purchase(s) home.
Before placing an order with us, please ensure that the item(s) you plan on purchasing will fit into the area that you have chosen and that you are able to manoeuvre the item(s) through doorways, stairwells or other access points.
Items such as bases and mattresses are large and can be tricky to move. Smaller items can easily be taken home in your car, ute or trailer.
Whether shopping online or in-store, you have the option to pick up your item(s) from your preferred store for free. If shopping online, choose the ‘pick up’ option and follow the screen prompts.
Please note that if collecting from your preferred store, you must organise your own appropriate transport and transport accessories.
Our online delivery charge is a flat rate of $85, but please be advised that in some rare circumstances further fees apply for regional or high-toll areas depending on location. If the delivery address is more than 50kms from the store you choose during checkout, we may charge $1 per km on top of the flat rate. If the delivery includes a high number of tolls we reserve the right to pass these charges on to you (eg. in major cities).
For example, if it is 80kms from the nearest store, the store reserves the right to charge $115. These charges are in direct correlation to the actual costs incurred to Beds R Us from its use of shipping contractors and/or its own trucks with associated fuel and maintenance costs. Rest assured that we try to make all our charges fair and we will contact you prior to increasing the shipping charges shown on this website to check this with you.
Some stores may use sub-contractors or shipping agents to deliver your order. Due to this, delivery days, delivery prices and times do vary depending on your location and the contractor’s pre-determined delivery schedules. As such, these external businesses may not be able to deliver on your requested date or time. If you require specific delivery days or times, please ensure that you contact your local store to discuss your delivery requirements before placing your order.
Delivery locations in regional or high-toll areas may incur additional
fees due to costs, time and distance from the applicable shipping warehouse.

There must be someone at the delivery address who is over the age of 18 to sign for the delivery.
If there is nobody home at the time of your delivery, we will be unable to complete the delivery. In these circumstances, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery and additional charges may apply. To avoid these additional charges, please ensure that someone over the age of 18 is at home on the day you have been advised by the store and/or our shipping contractors.
Please note that mattresses are often made-to-order. Available product ranges in stock will vary per store location, and not all items displayed on the website will be immediately available for pickup or delivery from each store location. Our store teams will advise on expected delivery/collection timeframe when they contact you regarding any items purchased online, however it is recommended to contact your local store regarding the availability of specific products prior to purchase to avoid unexpected delays.
