Our approach is built on thoughtful research, technical expertise, and understanding that no two people are the same.

We develop our mattress ranges based on height, weight and body shape. A person who is 45kg and 150cm tall has very different support needs compared to someone who is 200kg and 200cm tall. Properly catering to everyone requires a precise and technical approach.

Our design process always begins with the core support system. We ask: what will provide the best support? What will best suit the intended sleeper? The mattress core may be an all-spring system, a full-foam construction, or a carefully engineered combination of both.

When designing spring systems we consider wire gauge and strength, coil height and barrel size, number of turns per coil, edge strength, steel composition, whether the pocket spring is pre-tensioned or full free-height, the encasement material, the placement of glue lines, and whether the mattress will be zoned.

For foam systems we assess density, hardness (measured in Newtons), foam thickness and depth, and lamination methods. We carefully balance the strength of the core support system with the comfort layers to prevent imbalances that cause premature wear — ensuring long-term durability, support, breathability and comfort.
