Bambi Giveaway Competition

1. Promoter

The promoter is Beds R Us, located at 13-15 Babdoyle St, Loganholme QLD 4129.

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
• Employees, immediate family members, and agents of the promoter are ineligible.
• The promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity and eligibility.

3. Competition Period

• The competition starts at 15^th August and ends on 30^th September 2025 (“Competition Period”).
• Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

1. Sign up to receive our e-newsletters and receive promotional material from us. (You can unsubscribe at any time).
2. Ensure all entry steps are completed within the Competition Period.

One entry per person unless otherwise specified.

5. Prize

• Natural Wool Quilt with Cotton Japara Cover (choice of size), plus 2 x Foam Core Polyester Pillows with Cotton Cover (choice of low or high profile) – valued at over $500!
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• If the prize is unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be drawn at random on 30^th September at the Beds R Us support office in Loganholme.
• The winner will be notified via email within 5 days of the draw.
• If the winner does not respond within 5 days, a new winner may be selected.

7. Publicity

By entering, participants agree to have their name (and, if applicable, photo) published on the promoter’s website and social media channels for winner announcement purposes.

8. Liability

• The promoter is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
• The promoter accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage incurred in connection with the competition or the prize.

9. Privacy

Any personal information provided will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with the promoter’s privacy policy and for the purpose of administering the competition.

10. General

• Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition if circumstances arise beyond their control.
